Refund policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including any shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately 75 euros per package.

If the product is damaged, or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this reduction in the product’s value. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. The return shipping costs are € 75.

Damage and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
