You can buy or gift EZWLZ Gift Card directly here from our website. No physical cards are issued. the gift cards are valid for 4 years.

When you buy a gift card from us online, or have received one as gift, you'll receive an email with an unique code. The code can be redeemed straight away and it is valid for 4 years. During the checkout process, you can use the code one order. Simply enter the code on the website during checkout process to receive the discount. Please note: you cannot use the code to pay for a purchase you've already made. So always make sure to redeem the gift card code when making your purchase, using the 'Discount code' field at checkout.

Customers receive their gift card email with a direct link to view their specific gift card's balance and details.

An EZWLZ gift card basically works the same as cash. If you lose it or it gets stolen, unfortunately we can't replace it.

There can be a few reasons for this:

• the gift card code has already been redeemed
• the gift card code has been entered incorrectly
• the gift card amount is still reserved because it has already been entered and redeemed once in the last 45 minutes, but the purchase has not been finalised. Please try again in one hour
• the gift card has expired

You will then receive the amount you paid with the gift card code as a new digital gift card voucher with the redeemed value sent to you by email.

If you return only part of the order, you will receive the corresponding amount of the gift card voucher value back. If you paid with another payment method in combination with the gift card, you will first be refunded on the new gift card voucher and then the remainder will be refunded onto the other payment method.

Our present online payment system can be combined with gift card vouchers.

It is not possible to get refund on cards received as gifts.
