Preorder Policy

1. Introduction
This Pre-Order Policy outlines the terms and conditions for customers who wish to pre-order products from EZWLZ. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms.

2. Pre-Order Eligibility

  • Customers must provide accurate contact and payment information.  
  • Orders are subject to availability and production schedules.

3. Payment Terms

  • Pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase.  
  • Klarna payments will not be accepted.  
  • Payments made by Klarna will be rejected, and you will be asked to resubmit the order using other payment options.  
  • Payments are processed securely via several additional options.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • The estimated shipping date is provided on the product page and may be subject to change.  
  • Delivery will be within three days of availability in stock. We will do our best to ensure early delivery to show our appreciation for your support.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain disruptions.

5. Order Modification and Cancellation

  • Customers may modify or cancel their pre-order within 5 working days of placing the order.  
  • A service fee of €25/- will be charged for processing the cancellation. 
  • Cancellations after 5 working days may be subject to additional fees.  
  • If EZWLZ cancels the order, a full refund will be issued.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • Pre-orders are eligible for a full refund if canceled within the allowed period.  
  • Once shipped, standard return policies apply.  
  • Refunds for delayed shipments are subject to company discretion.

7. Product Changes

  • Due to the nature of pre-orders, final product specifications may vary slightly from the initial descriptions or images.  
  • Significant changes will be communicated to customers, who may choose to cancel for a full refund.
